Architect Coordinator at the New Us Embassy Project in Beirut.
Coordinating between Structural and Architectural drawings with providing data for the BIM department for management of the project.
-Ensure all drawings and details are accurate and commercially suitable throughout the construction process
- Attend and contribute to progress and technical meetings on site as required.
- Coordinate the planning process where required and review planning approval to ensure Conditions are addresses prior to start on site
-Coordinate the submission of a Building Control Application and supporting documentation
- Liaise with consultants and attend meetings to progress all relevant Technical matters
- Ensure accurate and on time design information in line with client requirements
- Attend site visits and meetings in order to solve issues that arise during the construction process.
- Plans, organizes, and prioritizes the work of engineers on site.
- Manages any problems encountered on site during construction and manage quality control, health and safety issues.
- Reviews engineering and architectural drawings and specifications for accuracy and completeness.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, surveyors and planners.
-Prepare Site Inspection request with Client, attend the site weekly coordination meeting.
-Follow the finishing subcontractors work for Tiling, aluminum and false ceiling and prepare related certificates and measurement sheets.

- coordinate plans between architecture structure and MEP
--Monitor the inspection process by the consultants of the ongoing activities to ensure compliance with contract specs and codes.
- Residential Project Design: 3D modeling and rendering for Residential buildings with an average
surface of 5000 square meters.
- Office Project Design: 3D modeling and drawings execution for offices and residential building with an average surface of 3000 square meters
- Monitoring of work progress on site (Yarze Garden project / Baabda 1674 /)
- Freelance building project design (3D perspectives, permits, execution drawings )
