In fact, I am male Rwandan aged 31. I have completed my studies in 2012 at KIST. I have a Bachelor’s degree of science in Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering. Now, I have done a job to meet my competencies in professional skills of my carrier, as part of courses offered from KIST and different hands on skills taken along my job of training at TVETS’ workshops.
Obviously, I have done different professional enternership from 2010 till 2012 in elevator in RICO Technical Service: Mechanical installation of passenger elevator (and use different instruments. Electrical wiring installation of limit switches and sensor. Control panel installation and programming using keypad and OPP for programming, after those system I have been an expert in commissioning, testing and service in PLC system.
Since 2012 till 2015 as full time engineer and part time expert engineer till today at New Ket Technology, I have started my job as Passenger elevator Engineer and I have different task to accomplish during my work: lift specifications (fuji or Doppler types), installation of lifts, escalator and dumpoitor. In details, my job in duties is to check if: the pits is cleaned, plumbing in pits, mechanical installation includes fixing the rails, motor beam and fix the cabin in shaft, elevator’s electrical cables( travelling and host ways cables), fix the push button for each levels, inspection and commissioning during elevator programming. For cabin, I have to check passenger car doors, motion sensors (transmitter and receiver sides) efficiency, and counter weight sensor, car control panel on top of car and programming in control panel beside machine room where I use OPP PLC machine to set all configuration of all inputs(push buttons, limits switches, sensor and hydraulic pits counter) and outputs( motors, lamps, alarms). The environmental awareness & increased profitability, some of fuji are traction lift without machine room and limited shaft requirements. Extra attention was paid to the optimization of the components concerning their weight and ease of installation. Minimum requirements shaft dimensions ( width & depth) result in increasing the available surface of the travelling. Also no need for machine room, so more space can be saved. Additional series of car slings and bed plates can be used for applications with very short headroom and pit depth (3050-3200mm headroom, 250mm pit). Greater energy efficiency ratio is achieved by the use of gearless motors.
Especially, 2015 till today I am expert trainer in technical vocational schools in my country(Rwanda), I have got the different training in telecommunication about testing, troubleshooting with hands on skills in all system of telecommunication network like antenna polarization, fiber optic faults localization, the training about Programmable Logic Control (PLC)
On my view, by heavy-duty of my experience, I am confidential able to inspect and commissioning of any electro-mechanical & Telecommunication Engineering system with theoretically, principle rules to supervise and to work myself to diagnostic a system.
Recently, I have got training in microcontroller and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) SYSTEMs, Aduino ATmega programming, LabVIEW programming, Proteus pro. And eagle software to repair broken integrated printed circuit board .
After hearing the requirements from different Dubai’s Industries of electromechanical requirements for a well trained engineer in assembly/disassembly elevators, electronics equipment and their PLC programming , I found myself qualified for the above post and I feel confident that I have all what it takes to perform well.
