➢ Ensure the category volume/value are achieved by country within category allocated budgets
➢ Translate Market category & brand objectives into country/echannel category objectives in coordination with the sales teams while understanding and analyzing the country situation, market needs and shopper trend.
➢ Lead and execute regional activities and country specific promotional process per category based on regional and local promo (Defining objectives, briefing, coordinating the implementation and Pre/Post evaluation of all promotions)
➢ Ensure effective new product launches and/or line extensions on a country level through the implementation plan and organizing category roadshows/ presentations for the sales teams
➢ Responsible (with the Brand Manager) for defining and optimizing Delegated marketing budget, strategy and allocation, annual budgets and investment, accountable for tracking and maintaining spending.
➢ Make sure (with Channel Managers/ KAM’s) to define and optimize total trade spend strategy and allocation, annual budgets and investment at a country level.
➢ Analyze and provide recommendations/action plans for country retail audit reports (Market share, distribution, etc.) where applicable and analyze and action sell-out data (SAGE) tool for regional key accounts
➢ Develop a strong relationship with the customer and initiate negotiation of the contract (visibility, shelve space, promotions and implementations).
➢ Develop and manage long-term effective business relationship with customer’s implementation of JBP with sultan and GEANT which enabled us to deliver the forecasted growth as per the plan.
➢ Report market intelligence (sales analysis, monthly initiative implementations, competitor activities, launches, customer plans, shopper profiles) to sales management.
➢ Managing a team of four Merchandiser Follow up with them on their daily journey plan and resolve any issues that may arise. Provide constructive feedback on stock handling and implementation of the products on the shelves, check outs, secondary placements, and gondolas plus planning for their personal development.
➢ Implementing the foundations NCE in Nestle Bahrain and championing sales compliance.
➢ To carry out the implementation of the store execution part of the customer’s Joint Business Plan in order to achieve the desired sales targets
➢ To execute the in-store objectives of the Sales Business Plans flawlessly in order to achieve superior in-store presence and target sales volume.
➢ To ensure the deployment of desired Sales Fundamentals across all assigned stores in order to achieve the sale volume target.
➢ Acquire deep understanding of customer strategies and their shopper needs in order to be able to devise the right plans for the customer
➢ Spot business building opportunities at the customer and recommend these to the management in order to address them and build the business further
➢ Tailor the sales business plans to customer needs in order to maximize the volume generated by these plans at the customer
➢ Build & maintain strong customer relation to facilitate collaboration and the achievement of desired business result and joint work.
➢ Managing and coordination of all exclusive events: Coordination with the media and printing house agency, setting the plan and implementing it within deadlines, managing degree of investment level within profitability margins
➢ Managing outlet coverage to fulfill in-store fundamentals
➢ Forecasting growth levels of customers and setting needed plan on a brand and SKU level
➢ Ensuring Best in Class Execution for all in store initiatives
