Makes the invoice from customer order and enters in the system.
Encoding Sales return List.
Accurately and efficiently encodes information in the user application based on received trade documents.
Checks the information quality of documents and ensures that these are properly registered in the system.
Petty cash custodian.
Reviews invoices and billings for accuracy and completeness, and process the same for payment.
Coordinates with suppliers regarding encountered problems on invoices and billings.
Assistance to the accounts payable and accounts receivable in charge.
Series and compiles released check vouchers.
Requisitions needed supplies and materials.
Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products/services.
Create a positive image and lead consumers to use it.
Distribute product samples, brochures, flyers etc. to source new sales opportunities.
Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements
Set up booths or promotional stands and stock products.
Support promotional activities
Responsible for the arrangement and display of products
Maintain accurate inventory record, monitoring of daily sales and damaged items
Assists Customers
Monitors Product Expiry of Items
Operates the Purchase-Order-System (POS)
Presents bill to customers and accepts payment
