In charge of COFRAC Accredited laboratory (ref 1-0699, details on www.cofrac.fr), France official testing laboratory for ATP agreement requirements, Our laboratories conduct testing and calibration services in the areas of thermal, refrigeration and metrology. These services are intended for all professional users of thermal equipment and cooling production: temperature recorders, refrigerant and isothermal packaging, thermostatic chambers, semi-trailers, etc.
Work consists in:
- Managing daily operations and direct contractual client interface for big accounts, accreditation head for EN 12830 certification, Supervisor for TDP inspection.
- Actively develop staff competencies as key to success
- Organise rigorously operation and production process
- Define and follow up infrastructure modernization project to improve overall efficiency
- Structure installation maintenance management as cost reduction vector (NH3 frigorific Group, CO² Frigorific group, 6 testing chambers (from 16 m3 to 375 m3, -40°C to 50°C),
- Transverse coordination of company’s laboratories (Fresnes, , Bordeaux, La Reunion, Italy)
Responsible of Quality infrastructure pole (Standardization, conformity assessment, inspection, metrology, accreditation), in charge of project management and budget follow up. Consultant in metrology, conformity assessment and quality domain as needed for ongoing projects.

In charge of bringing laboratories(Calibration and testing) to accreditation according ISO 17025, and to setup National Quality infrastructure in order to guaranty proper market control and consumer safety. Work consist of setting up overall management system, information system and train top management. The project consists of three phases (Evaluation, setup of main QMS core, extension to other laboratories).
Consultant to the Ministry of Environment laboratory directors and executives identifying strategic direction for the laboratories and coordinates with the Minister of Environment, Qatar for the execution of projects and strategies.. Develops maintenance procedures for all equipment to ensure equipment reliability

Developed an integrated logistics software for off-shore drilling. The software served as a LAN based platform which provides the company a wide view of the logistics, mobilization, purchasing, stock management and consumables.

In charge of the installation and commissioning of a turnkey industrial standards and certification laboratory for the Philippines. Responsible for managing the local office, tendering all contracts for laboratory facilities, the commissioning of all laboratories equipment, in compliance with French protocol funding requirements and ensuring the timely payment of all contractors and suppliers.
