Duties and Responsibilities:
• Generate purchase orders (local/import) and documents in accordance to the company’s policies and procedures.
• Follow up shipments and ensure submission of documents for clearance purposes.
• Coordinate with Accounts Department for all shipment charges.
• Receive enquiries and forward to sales team for quotation.
• Log all enquiries received by sales personnel and quotations in the register.
• Prepare and send quotations according to sales team requirements when required.
• Provide sales support involving efficient handling of top and confidential agreements.
• Prepare invoice, cash sales and modify documents including import shipments, correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
• Support accounts and finance department in collection of receivables.
• Coordinate and respond to all requests from the management.
