In charge of teams of nurses or divisions of health care facilities.
Responsible for the performance of their teams, meaning :monitor the nurses who work under them and
Coordinate nursing care by allocating resources where they are needed, whether in the form of nurses, medication, or equipment.
Ensure that all the patients for whom they are responsible have needs met and receive appropriate attention.

In charge of organizing and carrying out a variety of administrative work.
Organize, compile and store all the notes on patients taken by their nursing team.
Keeping records on facility resources.
Keep in touch and relay information to a variety of parties. Issue reports to upper management of the facility
In charge of ordering products from suppliers.
Spend time communicating with patients and their families about treatment options.
In charge of hiring, screening potential employees, looking over resumes, conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
In charge of training the new hires.
Order or suggest continuing education or remedial training and classes for their staff when needed.
In charge of maintaining working relationships with their staffs, which includes scheduling, pay and conflict resolution where necessary.

1. Ensures efficient and coordinated clinic flow by coordinating and planning clinic activities; communicates patient’s needs; makes referrals; serves as a resource person of insurance information.
2.Delivers direct patient care; assesses patients physical, psychosocial and/or emotional needs; provides patient and family teaching; triages patients and informs physician of patient status; responds to phone messages from patients and informs physicians as needed; orders supplies; stocks and maintains patient’s rooms; sterilizes instruments.
4. Administers medications as assigned; serves as a resource person for knowledge of medication uses, side effects, and dosage; checks for proper medication order; documents medications; obtains required consent forms to administer immunizations; notifies pharmacies of physician approved prescriptions; reviews drug samples to insure they have not exceeded the expiration date; labels sample drugs and educates patients of medication administration.
Performs other duties as assigned
