Responsibilities
• Manage the Purchase of materials and secure the supply in the right time within target cost, quantity and quality.
• Manage the Purchasing cycle from the time of placing the order till products arrival @ port.
• Negotiate the best deal of cost, payment terms and services with suppliers.
• Identify & manage prequalification of new suppliers & Sub contractors.
• Develop supplier’s reliability measures & track their performances.
• Develop and maintain good relationship with suppliers.
• Establish, deploy and track purchasing processes. Assure compliance with company policies on every commercial transaction.
• Assure compliance with company policies and country legal requirements on every commercial transaction.
• Ensure all purchasing documents are well processes, filed, maintained and accessible.
• Ensure all invoices are processed timely and paid to the suppliers as per agreed timing,
• Contribute to the company cost reduction program and inventory targets.
• Develop database and benchmarking information of suppliers' cost & services.
• Manage products defects claims with suppliers.
• Outsourcing Purchasing resources on purchasing skills & processes along with making new suppliers, manufacturers & sub contractors in line with projects requirement, .
• Contribute to building the organization capabilities by participating in recruiting, training, and implementing organization development.
Manage to participate from bidding &tendering stage till the project awarded and arranging Subcontractors for all different projects GSM, TI, EM, OSP Civil projects.

Procurement & logistic manager
Projects: GSM, C&I, Civil works, OSP, FOC, SCECO substations construction, Electromechanical Projects.
• Responsible of managing new suppliers & subcontractors.
• Managing logistic support for the new projects.
• Looking after for project cost reduction through finding competitive price for the material & equipment.
• Responsible to arranging credit facility by various vender’s
• Samples arraignment for the submittal & approvals by consultant
• Supervising purchasing staff & material procurement on time at the site.
• Arrangement of driver’s routing to saving time & complete utilization of the trip.
• Weekly meeting with staff, task distribution and resolving blocking issues.
• Regular visits to supplier in order to make an arrangement to get the material on time and discus about quality & price.
• New projects kick off meetings sharing views opinions in order to implement the project as per contractual time limit.
• SCECO Substation projects AL-Kharj, Al Hair & Najran Substation Complete Procurement, Mobilization & Demoblization.
• Responsible to coordinate with M&S, client, project managers, site supervisors in order to implement the project accordingly.
• Responsible of procuring material according to BOQs.
• Orders tracking and local purchasing.
• Arranging material delivery to sites, Inventory controlling, corresponding with suppliers.
• Coordinating with Engineers for projects implementation.
• Out standing items (OILs) clearance & Project Closeouts.
• Preparing project vise material list maintaining contractual time limits to complete the jobs.
• Responsible of controlling branch supervisors and in-charge of different departments (agricultural equipment’s, heavy earth moving equipments, generator section, spare parts, construction, erection division, service control & maintenance section)
• Checking of material stock records and work progress on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Calling meeting with supervisors on a weekly basis
• Preparing and submitting progress reports to head office
• Attending company management meeting in preparing policies for company sales, production, construction & erection.
• Responsible to take managerial decision and independent action in favour of the company.
Ware House Supervisor
• Supervising the warehouse staff, receiving material and equipment’s spare parts.
• Keeping electronic records of stock update.
• Inventory controlling, stock checking & placing order.
• Keeping coordination with management, up date stock in monthly management meetings.
• Year-end inventory process by electronic records.
• Receiving and dispatching materials to other branches.
• Checking the performance of employee’s daily and monthly basis
• Preparing staff work responsibility and ability performance records
Degree in Bachelor of Arts from DR. BR Ambedkar Open University, A.P. India. Passed in Jan 1992 with faculty of history political science and public administration.
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from State Board of Technical Education and Training Govt. of A.P. India. Passed September 1980 In First Div.
Board of Secondary Education, A.P. India. S.S.C October 1977 Passed.
