I am working as a Sous chef in p. f changs restaurant, responsibilities.. Running the operation, staff supervision, scheduling, training, inventory, preparation, haccp, food safety, hygiene, cleaning, food coast..
Suppliers deling, inventory, staff sechdule, food quality maintain, kitchen hygiene following fifo, staff training, checking expiration, etc..
Training of staff with objective to maintain and improve the production standards
Administers all matters related to his field of activity
Assists the executive chef in the planning of sales programs for the assigned outlet
Ensure proper handling of equipment, prevents loss and damage to assists and goods
Ensure proper scheduling of staff in accordance to expected work load in coordination with the executive chef
Works hands on in all area of preparation
Ensures and enforces the highest standards of sanitation and hygiene
Check all function sheets and daily menu items of kitchen and sub sections to determine the verity and quantity of food prepare also meat, seafood, vegetables and dry stores to order from stores and production kitchen.
Monthly inventory, food coast, if need to changes for some recipes about for depends on high volume of business.
Displays good team work attitudes his colleagues
Performs his assigned tasks and ensures their timely implementation
Trains his colleagues to increase total departmental competency
handling dining, &kitchen staff, briefing, monthly inventory supplier order, weekey schedule, checking opening and closing production, reporting for manager, handovering shifts, checking all function sheets, follow the haccp, fifo, keeping always good team work and good attitudes for staff and management team.
