Joined eFunds International in March 2004 in a retail sales, customer service and application processing program. I was transferred to Global Recovery Services in August 2005. GRS is a wholly owned subsidiary of eFunds International - collections agency licensed to collect in the US. Both the companies since, have now been acquired by FIS Global Solutions Pvt Ltd.
