Involved in recruitments of senior level management (CXO- CEO, COO etc, Director, Functional heads) of prominent companies in the IT/ITES (IT multinationals, LPO, KPO etc) space which included a detailed study of various industries like IT, Engineering, Aviation, Medical, Law etc. Gained Experience in headhunting, due diligence and market mapping besides generating business leads and corporate networking in the International market.


Responsibilities:

 Collect Job specifications from clients, analyze and create a JD (Job description) which is based on competency mapping and the client requirements.
 Prepare a Search Plan (SP) that includes the target companies (competitor companies and companies in the same business and industry tier) and the person who will be a fit for the position (obtained by extensive headhunting and corporate networking).
 Screen and shortlist the candidates based on the JD via a preliminary interview.
 Conduct in-depth interview (1 or 2 rounds which involved competency based interview and MBTI analysis) to finalize on the final candidates to be presented to the clients.
 Coordinate between the clients (the decision makers in the top management of the company) and candidate for final interview and selection process.
 Direct contact for the client as well as candidate from the JD stage.
 Review and issue client and candidate contracts.
 Was also involved in market research to 1)Identify new business prospects and coordinate with the BD team to convert them into clients 2) Map the top management of companies and develop beneficial corporate relationship (convert them into candidates or clients in due course).
