Responsible for end-to-end accounting in MYOB, including transaction recording, home allotment entries, receipt management, tax filing, account reconciliation, and preparation of financial statements

1. Accounts Payable & Payment Processing: Expertise in processing
outgoing payments to suppliers and vendors, ensuring compliance with
financial policies and procedures, and applying three-way matching
principles (purchase order, receipt, invoice).
2. Voucher & Check Preparation: Proficient in preparing AP vouchers, check
vouchers, and ensuring accurate entries for seamless payment processing
and financial record-keeping.
3. Revolving Fund Management: Skilled in preparing and managing
Revolving Fund (RF) replenishment summaries and pro forma entries for
efficient fund utilization.
4. Financial Reporting & Analysis: Strong ability to prepare and analyze key
financial reports, including Aging of Accounts Payable, Schedule of Other
Payables, and Summary of Expenses.

5. Inventory Control & Costing: Experienced in conducting monthly inventory audits of food, beverages, and retail products, and performing detailed
costing analysis to optimize efficiency and profitability.
6. Tax Filing & Compliance: In-depth knowledge of preparing and filing SLSP
for quarterly VAT submissions and Expanded Withholding Tax reports on a
monthly basis.
7. Regulatory Compliance & Reporting: Familiar with managing the renewal
of business permits and ensuring timely submission of other
government-required reports to maintain compliance with regulatory
standards.
8. Attention to Detail & Accuracy: Demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy
in financial records, ensuring that all entries and reports comply with
