-Perform assigned Online Ticket based on Helpdesk
-Assemble, Setup and configure computer for new staff in the engineering department
-Support hardware and software problems of staff members
-Configure and join client to the domain
-Repair out of warranty PC units/printers and projectors
-Install license software for student need
-Update Asset inventory of the equipment in the department
-Install and setup account for staff users
-Troubleshoot network connectivity problems(i.e hardware/software related)
-Report to the immediate supervisor at the end of the week.
-Install CCTV camera around the premise
-Collaborate with other technical support staff

-Basic Networking (Lectures and laboratory hands on)
-Computer assembly/disassembly (Lecture and laboratory hands on)
-Structured Cabling (Lecture and laboratory hands on)
-Linux Fedora Core Installation and manageent (Lecture and laboratory hands on)
Module 1 Cisco (Lecture and laboratory hands on)
-Windows 2003 server installation and admnistration (Lecture and laboratory hands on)
-TCP/IP

-Configure computer and install necessary software to be used by the staff
-Perform cabling for new connection in the network

-Perform antivirus scanning and updates

-Diagnose and troubleshoot network connectivity problems
Setup internet cafes, setup computer and laptops, software installations, image backup and restoration. Repair of electronics equipment.
