Duties and Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits
Reviews and pre-approves monthly payroll to ensures 100% accuracy
Conducts analysis of compensation and benefits within company and recommend action plan
Reviews and ensures implementation of employee benefits entitlement within the
company policy and/or within employee’s contract
Reviews and ensures all employees’ (including mobility employees) payments and backcharges (ie.hardships, social insurance, mobility benefits, etc) are within the contract before the approval of the HR Director; follow ups and ensures all payments and bank charges have been processed by finance on time.
Coordination on company insurance schemes, this includes review and analyzing current versus proposals during renewal of insurance policy for improvement of benefits
Ensures all employees are enrolled to Medical and Life Insurance
Formulates relevant policies & procedures and ensures proper implementation across the organization upon approval of the management.
Prepares job descriptions and job grading update together with HR Director
Processes rewards and recognition for employees (including preparation of letters, certificates and ensures awards/ payments are processed on time).
Ensures proper off-boarding process for leaving employees, this includes preparation of employee’s End of Service calculation as per labor and company policy.
Take over payroll processing and other tasks of Payroll Specialist in her absence
Provides job offer package recommendation using the hay grade system, through benchmarking and company salary structure.
Prepares Job Offer letter and Job Contract for candidates or incoming new employees
Prepares adjustment / amendment letters (merit, promotion, other adjustment) and ensures all changes are implemented in the payroll system accurately and on-time.
Prepares Employee’s Total Rewards Statement
Conducts Annual Salary Review, this includes designing and proposing salary review matrix for annual merit increase based on employee’s annual performance, job level, market salary positioning and company budget
Prepares employee’s bonus calculation and bonus letters; and ensures the amount is paid accurately and on-time
Attends to all employees’ C&B related inquiries and other HR related matters

HRIS
Manages Masterdata System (MDM): on-time update and at atleast once a month mandatory MDM file update and review of accuracy of data
Ensures implementation of changes or updates from MDM Team (ie. job groups update)
Ensures MDM reflects in Power BI and report discrepancies if any
Designs and conducts performance review cycle from scheduling to monitoring of performance review activities, recording and collection of approved ratings up to implementation of salary review result into payroll. Follow-ups employees and managers to ensure 100% completion of performance review through Performance Review System and ensures approved performance ratings are implemented in PRS and communicates to managers if an update is needed.

Data and Reports Management
Responsible for the maintenance of employee masterdata; this includes employee’s C&B information and records.
Ensures continuous update of Personnel on Board (POB) data
Provides analytical and comprehensive C&B analysis / comparison reports to HR Director and Management and recommends action plan as needed (ie. salary or benefits alignment, etc)
Designs and provides analytical / KPI HR reports through PowerBI with monthly update
Prepares H‐Form and ensures alignment of data with accounts
Preparation of Department Annual budgeting and forecasting (in‐close coordination with HR Director and Finance)
Provides data / reports related to C&B to Finance Department as needed for reference and reconciliation (ensures confidentiality and limitation of data sharing)
Prepares other reports needed by HR Director and management
Acts as HR data analyst, this includes preparation of HR monthly report (Accomplishment /
KPI)
