Analyze incidents for the root cause; analyze patches/recommend patches up to the latest version including the CPU (Critical/Security Patch Update) and RUP (Roll-Up Patch) level. Monitored the client Oracle products thru Oracle Enterprise Manager Grid Control and provided quick fixes for any issues received such as issue on tablespace, archivelog, blocking session, RMAN backup and/or performance to avoid unexpected outage.
