Development of fully digital curriculum for classroom study.
I was originally employed by SESP in 2016 to manage agreement between SESP and Jazan University to establish College of Applied Industrial Technology (CAIT) and act as Head of Preparatory Year Services in Baish, Jazan for three years. At CAIT, I again established a new course structure and curriculum within a completely digital format. I also participated as member of the College Council from the college’s inception.
Left after 11 years to upgrade education in Canada.
During my tenure as program director at KFUPM, I oversaw a staff of over 100 members in addition to 25 members at the affiliated Dammam Community College. Further, I initiated the largest course structure and curriculum reform in KFUPM’s fifty-year history. The reforms proved successful, dramatically raising externally administrated proficiency score results (TOEFL), and are still in place today. My commitment to good management and program improvement earned an unprecedented letter of recommendation from the (now former) Rector of KFUPM, Dr. Khalid Sultan.
