Responsible for all tasks related to the preparation and execution of training for Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Maintainers, System Administrators, and other System Support Personnel. I am also responsible for the design, development, and implementation of the Training and System Support Centre (TSSC) and will be responsible for the management of In Service Support for C4ISR systems; both fixed and mobile; including occasional onsite support during warranty.
The Advanced Military Maintenance Repair and Overhaul Center (AMMROC) mission is to establish a centralized repair center for all fixed and rotary winged aircraft in the UAE Armed Forces inventory. Included in the mission is the establishment of a Training Center responsible for training all AMMROC employees as well as all UAE Armed Forces aircraft maintenance technicians in the technical skills required to maintain 29 different aircraft platforms.
Lockheed Martin was initially contracted for the maintenance of the UAE Air Force’s premier jet fighter; the F-16 Block 60. A key was the establishment of a Training Center for the purpose of the technical training of over 200 Lockheed Martin employees as well as over 500 UAE Air Force aircraft maintenance technicians.
This program entailed the development of the Joint Air Operations School (JAOS) at King Khalid Air Base. This school was the primary learning center in the Royal Saudi Air Force for Air Operations Planning and C4I.
Key responsibilities:
• The identification of training needs as well as the design, development and delivery of 14 training courses.
• Instructor and lesson scheduling.
• Course content changes and revisions
• Overall daily management of courses
• Daily supervision of 20+ instructors.
