• Receive, store and issue items at the
Warehouse and
distribute to respective branches of the school
• Responsible for implementing all store-keeping activities concerned with receiving,
storing, and issuing of items at the Warehouse in line with Company set standards.
• Keep tight control on stock movements and have all items always stored and issued
correctly.
• Separate obsolete and slow-moving items at the store and examine periodically for
control purposes.
• Maintain physical inventory records and update them as per changes in stock.
• Adhere to the periodic plan to count inventory items at the warehouse.
• Perform physical verification for newly received items by verifying against the Purchase
Order and supplier’s invoice / delivery note.
• Sort and place items on racks, shelves
• Achieve the highest standard of sanitation and cleanliness in the Warehouse
1. Responsible for implementing all store-keeping activities concerned with receiving, storing, and issuing of items at the Warehouse in line with Company set standards.
2. Receive, store and issue items at the Warehouse and distribute to respective destinations (Supermarkets, Online Deliveries, and Wholesale Delivery), as deemed necessary.
3. Keep tight control on stock movements and have all items always stored and issued correctly.
4. Separate obsolete and slow-moving items at the store and examine periodically for control purposes.
5. Maintain physical inventory records and update them as per changes in stock.
6. Adhere to the periodic plan to count inventory items at the warehouse.
7. Sort and store perishable goods in refrigerated and environmentally controlled rooms (if required as per specifications).
8. Perform physical verification for newly received items by verifying against the Purchase Order and supplier’s invoice / delivery note.
9. Sort and place items on racks, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, colour or product code.
10. Locate items to be issued and deliver them for dispatching in a timely and accurate manner.
11. Ensure security and administration of the warehouse by denying access to inventory items always stored in the warehouse from unauthorized personnel.
12. Reconcile any variances between the book records and the results of physical count, and promptly justify any non-reconciled differences to the Direct Manager.
13. Ensure data and new item information (stock no., description, location, min-max. etc) in the system is tracked and entered accurately for daily issuance, receipts and returned items to maintain updated stock control system.
14. Achieve the highest standard of sanitation and cleanliness in the Warehouse by cleaning according to cleaning schedule and hygiene policy inside refrigerators
15. Document and track damages on orders received and report them to the Direct Manager.
Work Description:
· Follows company policies, procedures and grocery standard practices.
· Received and examine all the incoming products, declines damage items.
· Ensure that the all incoming products have proper barcodes by using rf guns.
· Prepare all the damage and expired items to the suppliers.
· Check the temperature of the delivery van's storage.
· Data entry of all the suppliers' delivery on that day.
· Maintains a clean and safe environment throughout the grocery backroom.
• Able to handle Teradyne tester(full analog configuration)
• Able to handle Multitest Handlers such as MT9918, MT9928, MT9928xm, MT9510, MT9308 and Rasco1000 and Rasco2000.
• Able to process semiconductor devices at different packages (soic300, soic150, nqfp, pqfp, dfn, qfn, lqfp, and tssop).
• Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of working area.
• Ensure proper testing, batching and quantification of tested and untested devices.
Represent the company at all times by greeting the customers in a friendly and in a appropriate manner suggest additional items.
• Develop cooperative and harmonious relationship with all the colleagues, management, suppliers and customers and treat them with full respect.
• Develop knowledge about the product, put prices and barcodes, assuring that our section or selling area are well organized.
• Display and re-stock the items if the product shelves are empty.
• Develop efficient service to the customers with high level of accuracy and professionalism.
• Remove all damage items and providing the customers a good and high quality products.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the selling area.
As a production worker we must learn how to operate the entire machine in our section so that we became a multi tasking personnel. We are also served as a reliever for the lines that are lacking of man power because of absences or some are on leave.
Conveyance of raw materials and finished product of every section in the production.
• To deliver all parts on a given tack time.
• To secure all parts in good condition.
• To provide daily quota.
• To work with minimal supervision.
• Assuring high quality of products.
• Received and count stock items, and record data manually or using a computer.
• Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms, warehouses, or storage yards.
• Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors.
• Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other areas.
• Mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of our workplace.
• Receive and count stock items, and record data manually or using computer.
• Prepare products, supplies, equipment, or other items for use by adjusting, repairing or assembling them as necessary.
• Recommend disposal of excess, defective, or obsolete stock.
• Determine sequence and release of back orders according to stock availability.
