Job Profile:
➢ Reporting to financial controller.
➢ Recording Invoicees, gen.Cashier, safetykeys, as a point. of sale (info genius)
➢ To ensure all potential and real hazards and reported
➢ And rectified immediately.
➢ Make sure all serial controls of vouchers\checks are maintained or not.
➢ Make sure all policy and procedures are maintained or not.
➢ Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards; identify, recommend, develop, and implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost-savings. Daily revenue reports, records pay roll.
➢ Working on software called "AMADEUS SYSTEM".
➢ Enter data of the Guests in Police software online system which is provided by the Government of UAE.
➢ Keeping Records of Changing room rates, Fax journal system, internal memos, Wake up calls and Requisitions record.
