Key Result Areas:
• Designing solutions based on the clients requirements and budget and advising on the selection of technologies
• Supporting in preparation of proposals, delivering business presentations to clients and contributing in resource planning, effort estimation & risk management
• Planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools; tracking project milestones and deliverables
• Leading software development activities including design, development, UAT & troubleshooting of applications
• Steering the successful roll-out of projects involving defining of scope, setting timelines, analyzing requirements, prioritizing tasks, identifying dependencies and evaluating risks & issues as per budgets
• Monitoring project progress & outstanding issues and ensured the quality & timeliness of the deliverables; prepared monthly dashboard, project health check metrics and weekly & fortnightly status reports
• Extending post-implementation support to team members by identifying defects, inconsistencies & errors
• Administering development & testing, defect & issue management for software applications; conducted reviews of codes & test cases and analyzed change requests / enhancements; liaised with clients to gather business requirements
• Conducting system analysis and finalizing technical/ functional specifications & high-level/low-level design documents for the respective projects
• Establishing testing procedures to ensure that application/product is thoroughly tested across the development phase
