• Responsible for the preparation and implementation of the Oversee

and planning & scheduling engineers.
• Monitoring and reporting the actual progress of the work versus the

• Developingandmaintainingstatusreportsincludingschedulestatus,
financial analysis, cost performance and earned value reports.
• Schedule based programs

schedules for each running Project /Site.
▪ PlannedValue&PlannedBillingTargetswillbeextractedfrom
the Contractual schedules which is Based on activity.
▪ Ensure / Validation / Check & Balance by Head office QS to
confirm that the update of the schedule is based on Approved
executed Qty’s & Approved IR’s.
• Contractual&operationalScheduleswillreflectactualworkdoneat
site.
• Projectschedulesarefullylogiclinkedresourcedschedule, whichwill
containContractualMilestones, Design/Engineering, Procurement,
Construction, Testing, Commissioning and Handing Over.
• Managing, Maintaining & Implementation of the Schedule
Thisincludescommunicatingtheschedule, measuringandreporting
performance, and initiating measures to ensure that the schedule is
being adhered to. Regular meetings at site has been introduced to
implement project plan and schedule, identify risks and mitigate the risks
at the earliest opportunity. Based upon the actual recorded progress a
“Progress Report” is prepared by the planning department includes:
▪ Critical path position against specified completion dates.
▪ Schedule Performance Index (SPI)
▪ S Curve (Planned Vs. Actual ProgressPercentage)
▪ Manpower (Planned Vs. Actual)
▪ KPIs for key activities
• Re-validating the Billing Plans & ensure compliancewith the Approved
CTC’s (in terms of dates)
• Billing Plans to be stablished based on revalidated schedules & activities
(Primavera)afterensuringthereflectionoftheactualexecuted works at site.
• MonitorperformancetoassuresuccessfuldeliveryoftheKey
PerformanceIndicatorsandClientcontractualrequirements.
• Set up, develop and control all platforms for project tracking and
reporting
