Technical Skills:
• Installation and configuration Leased Line (LL), Frame Relay (FR), Dedicated Internet Access (DIA), MPLS, VSAT, DSL, ADSL, HDSL (including NTU’s, Cisco Routers and Security devices).
• Performing all new technology to be implemented likes (IP)-Based Networks, VPN, and VoIP, also creating new solutions.
• Full responsibilities in following technology areas: Jeddah branch wireless network, PABX (organizing and improvements), network support in a Microsoft environment, database administration, helpdesk/computer operations, telecommunications, and security.
• Good Experience with (HTML, ASP, XML, and PHP), Virtual Web Hosting and Dial-UP accounts for mail and logon status.
• Microsoft Servers, such Exchange Servers, Microsoft ISA proxy installation and configuration, Additional configuration Game Servers.
• Used basic UNIX commands for troubleshooting, Linux e-mail installation and configuration.
• Responsible for application support for Microsoft product, troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.
• Responsible for assembling, troubleshooting, repairing network workstations, LAN, WAN, personal computer systems, and maintain peripheral devices.
