Project Manager for Khumrah Cold Store Project - 85000 sqm. The project consists of constructing the offices and logistic facilities building, including Infrastructure and landscape.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for overseeing construction engineering, planning, and design for operations and other new or expansion projects.
• Assist the Project Manager in managing and delivering the Civil works in accordance with the Programme and the client requirements.
• Coordinate and monitor the development of the structure subcontractor’s planned activities and provide progress reports to Project Management, highlighting performance to plan.
• Manage and direct the development and maintenance of the project schedule for all phases of the structure, including procurement, planning, design, and construction.
• Regular visits to the project site to ensure the quality of work complied with contract requirements, safety and progress, good construction practice, and approved materials.
• Provide solutions for technical engineering issues and monitor the implementation of solutions.
• Organizing regular meetings and creating weekly and monthly reports on project progress on a basis and pending issues to senior management.
• Develop and maintain professional and meaningful relationships with the client to ensure project requirements are being satisfied.
Involved in a variety of different scale projects, including structure, civil, envelope, finishes, and fit-out for showrooms, admin offices, sports facilities, auditorium, and distribution centers.
Responsibilities:
• Provide overall site management, coordination, planning, specification of business proposals and coordination of subcontractors.
• Carry out monitoring and surveillance of the Construction Contractor's activities, site work methods, planning, and resourcing to determine compliance with the applicable specifications, standards, codes of practice, and approved construction drawings.
• Assist managers during the implementation of new workflows, including meeting with technicians and executives to make real-time adjustments to meet new challenges.
• Ensuring that the project quality control procedures are used for the supervision works and monitoring it for improvement
• Projects Manage and review during all phases to maintain quality, budget, and timetable objectives, and compliance to design documents.
• Cost estimation for turnkey construction projects, including preparing and submitting the required documents along with the offer.
• Implementation of QA/QC and HSE plans and standards for construction activities.
• Structural Integrity System owner for P&G plants.
Projects:
• Kap -1 Project, King Abdullah for the development of security quarters, Hail.
• Princess Noura University for Women PNU, Riyadh.
• King Abdallah Financial District, Area 5, parcel (5.03) towers - Residential & Offices
Responsibilities:
• Support subcontractors’ work and help them to achieve higher performance levels..
• Management for site execution to meet schedule deadlines.
• Assisted in Assigning and distributing resources, material, subcontractors, and equipment on the project.
• Conducting structural inspections for various concrete and steel structures.
• Attending daily and weekly progress meetings with PM & construction teams in the project.
• Attending coordination meetings organized by clients and the company.
• Coordination with Electrical, Mechanical, and HVAC teams for construction activities.
• Estimating and arranging packages for the required materials considering the project budget limitations.
• Conducting daily briefings with site team leaders to follow up and prepare reports to anticipate possible delays.
• Prepare progress invoices for the ongoing projects and follow up with SOL HOB to submit for Client Approval.
• Enforce and assist in sites relevant safety rules with safety and site teams.
• Managed many site tasks with PM, such as being responsible and assisting in implementing the approved quality plan that adheres to project standards and aligned with project contract & specification.
• Daily basis follow-up and monitor construction work for the project activities.
• Ensure the latest revisions of approved documents are available and used at the site, including but not limited to Method statements, shop drawings, ITPs, procedures, plans, etc.
• Reviews contractor’s daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
Project: NBC Warehouse Project for Coca-Cola Company. The project
consists of constructing the warehouse, offices and facilities building.
Responsibilities:
• Supervision of civil works in the projects.
• Issuance of work inspections to QA/QC team to inspect works.
• Preparation of daily reports.
• Assignment of roles for subordinates on the site.
• Minimized accidents and injuries by supervising site activities' quality
control, health, and safety.
Project: Improvement of internal city roads.
