Customer Service Representative is a front liner of the company where the main duty is receiving customer's inquires, requests, and complains then handling them in the best possible way in order to guarantee customer's satisfaction
As a senior I was responsible for giving support to other agents, filling daily reports and giving all kinds of feedback and updates
Responsible for auditing and entry of the market invoices. My duties included pricing the market's items and calculating profit percent for each item.
Also I was responsible for collecting the net cash everyday and depositing them in the company's bank account.
Furthermore, I was a back up cashier at the times of need.
Worked at the mcdonalds for 20 months, two months as a crew trainer and got named as crew of the month twice for my discipline and dedictation
