• Checking daily transfers report from our Operations Coordinator and Airport Representative to ensure there will be no problem in our transfers.
• Checking vehicles status from our Quality Control Supervisor to ensure all cars in good condition.
• Checking operational daily expenses and submitted to accounts department for approval.
• Coordinating with our Reservations Team on daily basis, if there is any special or VIP treatment with their guest and informed our Operations Team to do the needful.
• Searching suppliers and arrange meeting with them and make a contract to work with us.
• Arrange meeting with my operations team and drivers on monthly basis and discussing our operational what was happen for the past month.
• Preparing monthly report on monthly basis and submit to our management.
Preparing Job Order for current day and next day tours/arrival/departure/inter transfers.
Encode daily/future booking received from mail to system.
Monitor drivers if they pick up/drop off the guests.
Coordinating at all time with Traffic In-charge and inform Operations Manager if any irregularity Occurs.
Answered all incoming calls promptly, direct calls without delay, answer inquiries, provide directions and maintain a rapid and clear response.
Supervision of main store of Launch System (LS).
To control the inventory of Mechanical and Electrical & Electronics components.
Controlling the issue and receipt of expandable materials.
Maintaining personal inventories of 750 Personal.
To process the purchase indent of local /foreign purchase materials.
To process the store receipt vouchers of local foreign purchase materials.
Purchasing of technical store and administrative store.
Controlling the transfer issue voucher and Transfer receive voucher of expendable materials.
Communication with supplier of different categories of store.
To controlling the Non Consumable & Consumable Inventory.
