Job Responsibilities

To work in close coordination with 05 Senior Project Managers of (HUAWEI, NSN, ZTE, ERICSSON & ALCATEL)
as part of a proactive Program Management and Control team for CUSTOMER, to ensure the timely execution of progress monitoring & project scheduling, Reporting activities (Financial, PAT) in accordance with the agreed Scope.

• Responsible to maintain the Reporting Schedule as agreed with CUSTOMER on Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis.
• Prepare progress reports, evaluate against schedule and identify risk areas and highlight to Vendor/Contractor.
• Receive direction from the Project Director - WNI to maintain Integrated Project Implementation Plan down to site level, include dependencies and risks, ensure project processes and channels are established for updating and maintaining the schedule.
• Evaluation for PAT (Provincial Acceptance Test) performance and follow-up with Vendors to achieve Targets as agreed.
• Logistics / Supply Chain Management Team, working closely, in order to receive DISMANTLE Sites material in timely manner.
