Under general supervision, responsible for multiple elements within the human resource function, which include compensation, benefit administration, employment, recreation, professional development and training, personnel actions etc. Serves as either the sole HR representative at a specific camp / site or within an HR team at a larger camp / site. May function as a group participant on special human resources projects. Performs routine and more complex human resources projects. Interfaces with groups inside and outside the organization (other HR departments, Strategic Business Units, projects, vendors).
