Prepare daily, weekly and monthly activity plan and report; Give solutions when problems and gaps are created in relation data management and reporting at facility level and regional level.

Prepare analysis listing activity, feedback and performance of PHEM data.
Analyze and interpret surveillance collected data timely.
Prepare weekly bulletin for surveillance data and share interpreted data for action.
Monitor the surveillance system in the districts timely
Ensure the readiness of logistics and materials needed to control epidemics/outbreaks in place.
Basic computer skills [Word, Excel, Power point] Have knowledge on statistical software (DHIS2, power BI Capable of managing and building teamwork in hardship situation. Excellent in effective communication, report writing. Have a good skill & experience in coordinating and administrating people, Excellent skills on conducting surveys and public research. Able to well communicate effectively with colleagues. Have good experience in empowering community participation. Ability to make critical decision during challenges.
