Prepares intraday reports on staff attendance.
Reconciles attendance daily with employee
Communicate with management and operations team to ensure compliance with company standards.
Provides analytical support for special projects.
Performs any other related duties as required or assigned.
Set up machines at the beginning of shift to ensure proper working order.
Monitor machines during every procedure to ensure optimum running
Troubleshoot problems during machine operation
Ensure that machines are producing quality products by managing periodic checks on output
Ensure stocks of needed materials are ready and available at all times
Prepares reports by collecting information.
Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
Managing reception and meeting and greeting clients
Prioritizing workloads.
Develops quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses; identifying critical control points
Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes; measuring production; documenting evidence.
Demonstrate or explain products, methods, or services to persuade customers.
Keep areas neat while working and return items to correct locations following demonstrations.
Sell products being promoted and keep records of sales.
Set up and arrange displays or demonstration areas to attract the attention of prospective customers.
Stock shelves with products.
Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook.
Maintains safe and clean reception area.
Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
