Overseeing the complete procurement process, including initial sourcing, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation, after which goods and services are delivered efficiently.
Handling IT procurement - acquiring software, hardware, and projects related to information technology. I work closely with the IT department to ensure that the group's technological needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Managing of assets and fixtures. This includes tracking inventory levels, coordinating repairs or replacements, and ensuring proper maintenance and storage. By effectively managing these assets, I help optimize the group's resources and reduce costs.
Handling general procurement for the group. This includes sourcing a wide range of products and services, such as office supplies, furniture, Cleaning materials, Car cleaning related procurement. I work closely with the different departments within the organization to understand their specific
requirements and identify reliable suppliers who can deliver high-quality goods and services at competitive prices.
Managing marketing event requirements. This includes coordinating decorations, lighting, and event setup, as well as finding suitable hostesses for various events. By ensuring that these events are visually captivating and run smoothly, I create a positive and memorable experience for attendees.
Developing the Procurement Software and the Procurement Workflow
In addition to my operational duties, I am also actively involved in developing the group's procurement software and workflow, Aiming to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of procurement processes within the organization. This initiative aligns with the group's goal of optimizing its operations and reducing costs.
• Research potential vendors and register them through supplier selection process.
• Compare and evaluate offer from different suppliers.
• Receive daily purchase from different departments of more than 20 different companies under the holding.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery of the items or services.
