• Managing the overall local office support team.
• Responsible for ensuring timely escalation and resolution of service oriented problems to ensure the continued productivity of the service engineers.
• Act as an interface between the team & the upper management and all Support Complies with standard operating procedures and checklists in delivering quality service.
• Documents all work, including research and resolution related to service requests, in call tracking system.
Participates in team building activities.
• Track / manage team attendance & scheduled offs.
• Resolve all escalated issues & ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitoring Calls/Customer Service - Giving Feedback.
• Preparing Weekly & Monthly Reports based on call monitoring.
• Co-coordinating with Supervisors and Team Leaders to improve the Team performance.
• Getting quotation from the suppliers.
• Following up the deliveries and status of the purchased items.
• Coordinating between stores and customers for the deliveries.
• Forecasting and maintaining the stock status.
• Coordinating between our accounts and the customers on their account
related issues.
• Preparing Operations & Maintenance Manuals of Completed Projects.
