Build new account and to maintain existing customer relationships through creative sales, making presentations, and marketing pitches.
Taking briefs, dealing with clients from various nationalities on their requests and solve their enquiries effectively with the entire team, deliver effective sales proposals and/or tenders through excellent cost control and innovation.
Participating in creative development process.
Account management - staying involved with new key clients through the production process (attending key meetings, staying in touch with the client, being on site)
Project management - Provide proper coordination and monitoring during build-up, show days and dismantling.
Also was able to do and proofread quotation before sending to clients.
• Responsible for promoting and marketing the real estate projects of SM Development Corporation in the Middle East and its subsidiaries in assigned territories and markets • Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking, prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases • Represents the organization in sponsored booths / events / roadshows • Facilitate end to end sales process. Training brokers to become international partners is part of the job too
• Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and accurately • Deliver world class customer service by communicating with energy and personal confidence. Also troubleshoot technical equipment / programming through use of Client’s resource systems to identify root causes and provide appropriate resolution • Determine appropriate courses of action to ensure the result is successful both from a Client and customer standpoint and documents the interaction through contact tracking • Assist with billing inquiries Provide “best value” information and make appropriate upgrade offers, provide accurate product information and serve as a knowledgeable resource for the customer. Meet/exceed all monthly key performance standards, and deliver exception reliability and adherence to schedule • Balance the needs of the end user customer while balancing the needs of the internal business requirements for productivity and performance
• Worked in the production office and the field at the same time, and has job duties that include things like going on runs (picking up/dropping off everything from equipment to payroll), running copies, maintaining office craft service, maintaining office supplies, etc… • Worked on TV Commercial sets, and job duties include things like clearing copyrights, booking studios, production equipment, performance and production staff, liaising with a wide range of people.
