Open and closed sales, handled invoicing, return and exchange
Maximize sales by providing first class services to potential customer.
Place orders following up with suppliers, shipment companies and customers.

Plan and monitor delivery to customers including international shipment.
Monitor the inventory of goods available in the store and in warehouse and make recommendations on new order and product mix. Also identify slow moving items and recommends action accordingly.
Preparing and submitting the daily sales report to the finance department.
Analyze and report on competitive activity.
Manage complaints and assure customer satisfaction.
Support the preparation of guest tracking report with views and recommendations.
Preparing price tags and handling all kind of transaction working with the mindset “costumers come first” and “honesty is the best policy”.
