Duties and Responsibilities: Planning and Control:
1. Prepare and Develop forecast data based on historical sales, industry trends and demand patterns.
2. Review and Evaluate Forecast result / Forecast Accuracy.
3. Approve and check Purchased Order, Pending and New Orders.
4. Maintain inventory levels based on future customer demands
5. Check all the Open Job Card especially the old one update workshop for their action
6. Analyze and Monitor all the Pending Transaction Inform the Planning Manager discussed the situation and implement action.
7. Prepare a Yearly Budget for all Business Unit
8. Review and analyze the Business Performance in a daily and monthly basis.
9. Prepare and maintain relevant reports pertaining to demand planning process
10. Perform all internally- required tasks like data- backup, data validation, item management
11. Reports accuracy validation and continuously increasing reports quality and time efficiency.
12. Create Management Information Report and Analyze the Sales, Stock, Salesman- wise Performance, Saleable Product, Location- Wise Performance, Pending Purchase Order, Reserved Unit and Un- invoiced Unit.

Duties and Responsibilities: 1. 1.Participate in Order Planning, proposed quantity to be purchase by the Business Unit.
2. Approving of Purchase order, check the item class (fast-moving or slow-moving), identify lead time, Payment Terms, B2B or stock order.
3. Daily Monitoring / Analyzing of Quotation, Sales Order, Purchase Order, Stock Ageing, Project Status, Stock Reservation
4. Yearly assessment of stock with the Sales team, check the condition of the stocks and create business plan to clear the healthy and un- healthy stocks.
5. Document the business processes of the allocated Business Unit
6. Ensure that all Management directives related to Business Operations are implemented and followed.
7. Create Reports and Summary of the Business Unit Performance. Cross- Functional Coordination / Back Office Support:
8. Support Business Unit in Invoicing, Creation of Quotation, Sales Order and Purchase Order
9. Closing of job cards and issuance of materials per project
10. Send reports, request reports and order / project status to Business Unit

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Monitor / Analyze the Production Schedule if the Business Unit were achieving their target.
2. Data analysis and Monthly Reporting of KPI (Key Performance Index)
3. Teaching personnel different problem solving tools such as Basic Quality Tools and DMAIC that were used in creating projects.
4. Facilitate the teams, provide assistance and set target completion while achieving a cost reduction goal.
5. Kaizen Project which focused on Improving Line Efficiencies and Water Ratio Reduction to meet the target.
5.1 Line Efficiency Project- Used DMAIC approach in this project to determine which processes contributed most of the idle time and implement action plan to eliminate this idle time.
5.2 Make a Water Balance (Water Out from Utilities = Water In to Production) look where areas most of water losses and implement action plan.
