Act as Project Integrator delivering long-term CAPEX for select AI-MM Projects. Leads the site's long-term HAZOP Plan in coordination with Process Safety. Provides Process Engineering solutions for Oil Movements for its run and maintain operation.

Drives the Shell Tabangao Refinery process safety performance improvement plans. Performs design evaluation and leads risk assessments and cross-discipline review. Oversees day-to-day operations on plant changes and small projects as Management of Change (MOC) work process focal and Pre-Startup Safety Review leader.

Experienced in piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) preparation, static and rotating equipment sizing (vessels, tanks, pumps, and compressors), line sizing, hydraulic calculations, control valve sizing, client coordination, relief scenario analysis and hazard identification.

Proficient in softwares such as AFT Fathom, Aspen HYSYS, PALS, VESA, AutoCAD, SmartPlant Instrumentation and SmartPlant Review.
