Jennath has worked across the Jacobs global business in both the Middle East and India. As a 3D Technologist, Jennath’s main area of expertise lies in 3D Visualization, Motion/InfoGraphics and Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality and visual impact assessment for major clients in Build Environment and Oil and Gas sectors. Jennath’s focus in recent years has been on the delivery of several large-scale projects for major clients in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar and India.
Jennath has worked in embedded multidisciplinary team alongside Urban Planning, Architectural, Oil & Gas, Road/Bridges, and Rail departments to deliver the visual media contents.
As a technical specialist, Jennath possesses strong Visualization skills across 3D Max, Vray, Corona Render, SketchUp, Revit, Unity3D, CAD and Adobe Creative Cloud package, having produced detailed visualizations for presentation to stakeholders and funders.

Major projects
1. LUSAIL QETAIFAN ISLAND MASTER PLANNING - QATARI DIAR REAL ESTATE
The Qetaifan development consists of four islands adjacent to Lusail City that include premier beachfront villas, townhouses, and apartments; a beachfront promenade and adjacent marketplace; a commercial district; and beach clubs and a resort; all set within a unique family-oriented island lifestyle.
2. UMM AMARAA MASTER PLANNING - MERAAS DEVELOPMENT LLC
Meraas has awarded Parsons a design consultancy services contract for the Umm Ammara in Al Wasl Community. The development will provide a modern residential community and associated facilities in the heart of Dubai.
3. TAMDEEN DUBAI WHOLESALE CITY MP - TECOM INVESTMENTS
Dubai Wholesale City, a member of the TECOM Group, is a fully integrated, global wholesale trading hub with an expected development cost of $8 billion over 10 years. Parsons will perform master planning and infrastructure design services for the first phase of the development, which encompasses about 700 hectares.
4. DAHYAT AL FURSAN MASTER PLANNING - MOH SAUDI ARABIA
The Ministry of Housing (MoH) in Riyadh intends to develop a 38 million sq. m. site located in the northeast of Riyadh for affordable housing. The site is called Dahyat Al fursan, has proximity to Riyadh airport, and presents major opportunities to be developed as the New Urban Hub for Riyadh.
5. THE LAGOONS DETAILED MP - DUBAI PROPERTIES
Dubai Properties Group (DPG) awarded Parsons consultancy services contract for the prestigious Lagoons project. The development vision entails various land uses, including residential, hospitality, offices/showrooms, and community and recreational facilities.
6. TAWAZUN INDUSTRIAL CITY MP - TAWAZUN INDUSTRIAL PARK LLC
Parsons was selected by Tawazun Holding to undertake the preparation of the Concept Master Plan for the Tawazun Industrial Park. Parsons also performed Stakeholder requirements studies, detailed master planning, and infrastructure design and prepared the Plot Development Design Guidelines Manual, FEED, and Value Engineering for the associated tender documentation.
7. TAWAZUN DISASTER MGMT CITY MP - TAWAZUN HOLDING CO
Parsons was contracted by Tawazun Holding LLC to provide consultancy services related to concept master planning and engineering detailed design of Tawazun's Safety, Security and Disaster Management City (TSSDC). The concept master plan, managed by Jaheziya
