● Maintain monthly ICU and out-patient floor-stock checking and expired medicine replacement.

● Communicate with the doctors and nurses regarding drug interactions.
● Advise patients on how to deal with missed doses and adverse events.
● Assess appropriateness of dose for a patient.
● Assess potential interaction with other prescribed medications.
● In-charge in Controlled and Narcotic drugs.
● Manage dispensaries and refilling, prescription recording and drug monitoring.
● Compound external preparations prescribed by authorized healthcare professionals.
● Involve in pharmacy annual inventory.
● Create monthly sales report and pharmacy stock request.
● Provide patient medication counseling, their uses, effects, and drug incompatibilities.
● Make substitutions of comparable drugs for drugs with trade names as appropriate.
● Supervise interns and technicians.
● Provide special service for Senior Citizens.
● Respond to phone queries with regard to drug contents, dosages, regimen and storage.
