Collect and record all the supporting documents necessary for sound reporting and monitoring of grants (invoices, receipts,
bank statements, payroll, contracts ).
- Follow up on outstanding documentation with the team on the field.
- Identify and allocate the accounting data related to covered grants.
- Perform timely classification and filing for all relevant documentation.
- Shared cost data extraction ( extracting payroll, and common expenses to be shared on all project).
- Maintain a track and record of all payment supporting documents to ensure compliance and validity.
- Conduct monthly reconciliation (bank and statement).
- Support the finance officer in compliance follow up.
- Serve as a primary point of direct administrative contact and liaison with other offices, individuals, and other external
stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support for the faculty’s dean, full-time and part-time teachers, as well as students.
- Prepare students’ recommendation letters, internship certificates, and syllabus (3 branches).
- Create and maintain administrative documentation; prepare many types of reports (statistical, grades, absences, etc.), letters,
academic circulars (after General Secretariat review), memos, and other written correspondence and materials.
- Support the executive in managing various projects by tracking progress, coordinating deadlines, and ensuring tasks are
completed on time.
- Manage and respond to emails on behalf of the executive, prioritizing important messages and drafting responses when
necessary.
- Assist in planning and executing university events, such as conferences, workshops, and seminars.
- Conduct research on various topics as assigned by the executive, compile findings, and present summaries for decision-making
