•Responsible to provide professional service to our guests, ensuring their restaurant visit will become a memorable dining experience.
•Perform all necessary tasks to service food & beverage according to the standard of performance manual of the restaurant.
•Greet & seat customers and serve them in a professional, discreet & personalized way.
•Acquire in depth knowledge of the food & beverage menu of the assigned outlet in order to assist and provide advice to guests.
•Practice good customer relations and attend to customer complaints / queries satisfactorily
Responsible for maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet & upkeep of all service equipment. Responsible for the cash counter and at the same time serves costumer. Complies with all the rules and regulations of the restaurant.
>Responsible for the preparation and production of high quality products (Integrated Circuits)in my assigned area.
> Complies will all the Specifications and Standard Operating Procedures in the operation area.
>Attends and participates in the training necessary to update and improve my job knowledge and skills.
>Complies with all the company policies and procedures including all requirements on safety, security and all other company management guidelines.
>Performs other job related task required by the Supervisor.
