Key Responsibilities:
•Operational export order execution (Ocean, Air, Road, intermodal, dangerous goods, ISO tanks customs + trade, Incoterms rules, Transport law/claim handling)
•Prepare export pre-& post shipment document for custom clearance purpose.
•Close interaction with Business Unit, Affiliates and Supply chain management.
•Manage all customer inquiries within the organization (including shortages and solutions, scheduling etc. Solve or escalate issues/requests.
•Sales order, commercial invoice, DN, PL processing (create, change, reject) of all

•Monitor timelines throughout the transport planning, loading and execution process including shipment tracking/HBL/MBL

•Perform claim management through the internal Quality Notification System
•Release incl. SAP delivery creation, monitor and check open orders (delivery block, pricing, export license, bottleneck product)
•Perform freight invoice verification and freight cost control/Vendor invoice checking.
•Maintain customer/country shipping instructions/requirements for
Effective & efficient order execution
•Capture customer's complaints / complaint notifications in QNS system.
•Handle return of goods (after Approval of BU SCM), process return in SAP & create credit and debit notes.
•Request/initiate different master data in sales and distribution (such as prices, customer
master data); request maintenance of product master data if required.
•Support process improvements initiatives and related projects
