In-charge of putting together campaigns and events based on a given budget to drive footfall to the mall.
An integral member of the Mall Marketing team, responsible for
coordination & roll out of marketing events & promotions in the
Mall.
• Ensuring all events & activities are rolled out as per the agreed marketing calendar, which includes sourcing & coordination with suppliers & internal departments.
• Coordinating with retailers to ensure Mall campaigns are communicated in store as required.
• Supervising retailers to ensure they follow Abu Dhabi Municipality regulations and guidelines relating to in store visuals.

• Coordinating with the creative agency to ensure visuals are arranged in time for roll out of Mall promotions and brand campaigns as per agreed timelines.
• Supporting the business, by creating visual adaptations of the main creative received from the agency for mall campaign communication, ensuring savings for the Mall for each campaign.
• Assisting the business, by taking pictures of Mall events & activities which are used for PR & social
media.
Responsible for visual merchandising of 2 Just Kidding stores.
• Conceptualized window displays for the two stores based on an event calendar in agreement with the brand.
• Conducted monthly staff training to present merchandise in different sections of the store as per the guidelines set by the principal company.
• Conducted floor walks with the store staff to manage and rearrange displays in the stores to meet commercial priorities.
• Prepared window display / display mock-ups for presentation to the principle company and implemented them
• Was responsible for sourcing suppliers/contractors for the different NTIs or POPs needed for the stores
• Lead the Photographix team consisting of 4 photographers / graphic designers that managed product photoshoots for use in social media and website.
• Conceptualized lifestyle set-ups and displays for life-like home interior photo shoots to be used for PR and website.
• Conceptualized layout of company greetings using product images taken by in-house photographix team
• Monitored image uploads on social media networks and ensured they were as per standards
• Designed products for home, bath and lamp sections, which were sourced by the buying team for GCC wide stores.
• Created product merchandising guidelines for different home categories for retail implementation across 100 stores in the GCC.
