Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assisting the customer inquiry.
▪ Assuring the correct calculation of items bought and accurate amount entered in the debit and credit cards of the customer.
• Handling different kinds of documents such as sales return, vouchers, coupon, home delivery, customer advance, and exchange deposit.
• Perform excellent customer relation and effective services through dedication and “customer first” attitude.
• Make sure the correct calculation was made and all paid items are given.
• Prepare daily sales report and remittances.

• Greets customers immediately upon entering the store with a smile and sincere nonbusiness like greeting.
• Creates a positive first impression for the customer through an energetic attitude and adhering to dress code.
• Creates a sparkling clean and organized environment by maintaining store standards and cleanliness.
• Provides customers with current relevant information about the product.
• Provides quality service in the fitting rooms, follows up with customers in a timely manner, maintains cash wrap cleanliness and attempts to add on to the sale.
• Provides efficient service at the cash wrap, offers gift cards, maintains cash wrap cleanliness and captures customer information in the database.
• Sincerely thanks all customers for shopping at Esprit as they exit the store, and invites them back.
• Participates in and attends all store meetings and other related functions.
• Represents a positive attitude toward the merchandise, the brand and the company.
• Participates in all inventories.
• Assumes and completes other duties as assigned by store management.

• Responsible in assisting Customer with the amazing customer service
• Responsible for the price change, offer price, and promotions
• Ordering stocks from suppliers
• handling different kind of documents such us ( Documents for Bidding )
• Responsible for all kind of transactions Cash on Delivery or Credit Plan
• I make it sure 100% the item is intact from the store to home delivery
• Preparing monthly sales report from the end of the month
Duties and Responsibilities:
handle all incoming telephone communications, noting reasons for all call and forwarding to relevant team members, subject to availability.
Provide excellent customer service as per company policy and procedures.
Resolving customer queries promptly, within company guidelines, before escalating to higher level if necessary.
Attend to customer needs, understand their requirements so that maximum number of inquiries are handled quickly and forwarded on responsibly.
Logging calls (including time, date, and caller details )
Maintain an up to date knowledge of personnel and procrdures.
In that particular job I'll be the one who install anti virus, detecting virus, Hardware maintenance, installation of Program, and Encoding.
