1. Preparation of preliminary, final design, tender
drawings & documents plus providing fully computerized calculation sheets for the following:
• Plumbing Systems for various types of buildings (potable, non-potable, hot water & drainage systems).
• Fire Protection Systems (Automatic sprinkler suppression systems, Deluge sprinkler systems, foam sprinkler system, pre -action system, clean gas systems, CO2 systems & dry fire protection system).
• Site Plumbing works including Water Features, Swimming Pools, Mechanical & Equipment rooms, Jacuzzi, Sauna & All Relevant Plumbing works.
• Landscape Irrigation systems including Automatic & Semi-Automatic Irrigation Works for Drip, Bubbler & Sprinkler Irrigation Systems.
• Liquefied petroleum gas systems, piping & Central LPG storage tanks & networks.
2. Revit MEP piping BIM team leader
• Responsible in Revit MEP piping BIM team
• Assuring Revit Template updated and uniform in other branches
• Provide technical support for Revit MEP user & provide hands on training for new comer.
• False works and formworks designer
• Assist the principals in reviewing shop drawings submittals and make recommendations for proper installation and specifications for contractor’s reference.
• Design coordination with the consultants and contractors.
• Review working drawing prior to installation.
• Responsible in computer based training facility, motor control & PLC
• Revise and update manual drafting to AutoCAD 2D drafting
• Provide technical support of all instructional and Ship Simulator computer training based system
• Implements the quality standards system based on ISO 9001:2000
• In charge in actual production and operation of the satellite plant, performed maintenance, inventory management and logistic function.
• Implements quality control measures and safety procedures.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, calibration and trouble shooting
