JBF RAK LLC is a subsidiary company of JBF Group with its manufacturing unit
located in the emirate of Ras al-Khaimah in U.A.E. The green-field manufacturing
the facility comprises of 350, 000MT per annum advanced generation PET bottle grade
resins plant & four, state of the art, Bo PET Film lines with total capacity 102, 000
MT per annum.
JBF import and export more than 2500 containers worldwide and
400 trucks for GCC in a month.
Job Profile:
• Managing the supply chain and all import & export logistics
• Shipment tracking and updating the business on timely basis
• Process the necessary documentation in an efficient, cost-effective and
lawful manner. Comply with security measures dictated either by law or by
clients.
• Support in preparation of MIS reports as needed by management &
Updating inventories and internal documents till SCD (Sales control
document) using SAP
• Preparing LC documents Non-LC documents (commercial invoice, Bill of
Lading, P/List etc) Applying all kind of Certificate of Origin, GSP Form A,
Arab league certificate and GCC certificate.
• Act as the main point of customer contact
• Planning the shipment (By road & sea movement )
• Involved in arranging of vehicles to all over GCC & other regions
• Supervise and ensure document delivery to the customer on time
• Prepare payment request voucher and issue cheques
• Liaising with local, overseas reputed Banks, shipping, transporters, freight
forwarding and insurance companies

Kerala. I learned about Procuring process, Documentation for exporting goods, handling stocks and further
operations from this company .This business experience helped me a lot in my entire carrier.
