• Deliver classroom and workshop theoretical lectures.
• Deliver workshop practical activities and projects and conduct formative and summative assessments.
• Internally verify evidences for quality assurance in preparation for external verification.
• Prepare trainees for both external practical and theoretical assessments
• Develop training materials such as learning notes, audio/visual presentations, activity sheets, and theoretical questions based on the given qualifications.
• Responsible for assisting in the continuous updating of the curriculum
• Enforce the student management and disciplinary policies of the college specially Safety Policies

• Collaborate with functional allied teams to ensure that all employees and workers are performing their assigned tasks safely.
• Resource speaker for Safety Related Trainings and toolbox meetings
• Conduct Safety inductions on Expatriates, Staffs, Consultants, Contractors, visitors and agency workers. Ensure no workers deployed on site without being inducted.
• Develop Safety Programs and Procedures e.g Risk Management, Operational Integrity, Incident Reporting and Management, Compliance Monitoring and Emergency Preparedness
• Influence and drive other teams in the process of recognizing and developing safety culture thru conducting hazard/risk assessments and inspections with their own independent initiatives.
• Implement program to prevent occupational injuries and illnesses through the efficient and proactive communication of hazards potentially present in the workplace such as hazard communication, chemical use approval (MSDS), hazard warning/signs, heat stress management, pre-task planning, etc.
• Construction Safety - Responsible in making sure that proper construction both vertical and horizontal safety protocols are complied with.
• Monitor heavy equipment and light vehicle inspections for compliance to ensure standards required are met
• Establish Emergency Response Team on all camps within the project area and improve awareness and develop capability of camp sites on emergency preparedness procedures.
• Initiate and oversee Emergency Drills on all Camps
• Evaluate Sustainable Development Job Analysis on all tasks
• Perform Incident Investigation and ensure completion and submission of the Incident report is on the prescribe period of time
• Records Keeping - ensure corrective actions required on the incident register and hazard reports register are met/implemented/provided on target.
• Electrical layout and designing
• Low Voltage Transformers and Motors installation
• Check and monitor building facilities and equipment such as Power house, RO Facility, Compressors, Water Supply, Air Conditioning Units
• Monitor UPS units
• Check and monitor Power Supply reliability
• Supervise building wiring and power supply installation and termination
• Motors and motor control troubleshooting
• Supervise Motor, Pumps, Valves and Piping Installation, Repair and maintenance
• Air conditioning unit’s monitoring, repair and maintenance
• Air compressor unit’s monitoring, repair and maintenance
• Main Distribution Panel repair and preventive maintenance
• Supervise and Monitor Contractors in conducting semi-annual preventive maintenance on MDP’s and Generators.
• Reports to Section Head, ensure targets are met on all projects
