I am 52 years of age with over 28 years working experience in the field of HSE affairs management in varied industries ranging from safety engineering, oil & gas (onshore & offshore), petrochemical, and general construction works both in the Philippines, Middle East and other Asian countries. I hold a 5-year Engineering Degree in Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Registered Mechanical Engineer by the Professional Regulation Commission of the Philippines.
I have been working in the Middle East (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Bahrain) for over 20 years, 2 years in Malaysia and in the Philippines for 12 years. Currently I am connected with Al-Khafji Joint Operations since February 14, 2002 (formerly Arabian Oil Company) jointly operated by Aramco Gulf Operations Company Limited (AGOC) and Kuwait Gulf Oil Company (KGOC) at Al-Khafji, Saudi Arabia, for oil and gas exploration, development and production in the offshore area of the divided ex-Neutral Zone between Saudi Arabia and Kuwait under the Professional Manpower Services Contract as Senor Safety Engineer in the Industrial Security & Safety Department, Loss Prevention Division.
