• Advises present or prospective customers by calling them on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment and other telecommunications technologies
• Influences customers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
• Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.
• Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data
• Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; notifying team leader of needed repairs
• Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
• Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Receive inbound calls and calls from current and potential customers.
Displaying and arranging shop products.
Checking, inspect and receiving stocks.
Writing the orders of the wholesale customers and ordering it in the store.
Making bill of the wholesale customers and retail customers.
Dispatching bulk orders of customer and arranging it to send to their country.
Inventory all the items every end of the month so we will know which items is finished and list in the finished item list and it will be ordered in the factory.
Greet customers, settle them down and take order
Process the order, generate bills and answer guest queries about deal offers and service
Clean up the tables after the guests leave and set them for the next guests.
Pack and serve warm food efficiently, in accordance with the order.
Help in kitchen or with outdoor delivery where and when required
Checking the enseymada breads in the baking section and putting it to the cooling section before
bringing in the packaging section.
Ordering cheese. Sugar and butter in the stock room that will be used in the enseymada section
Making butter for the enseymada section.
Checking how many enseymada is needed to be packed for the whole shift.
Bringing the cooled enseymada breads to the packaging section.
