- Main technical adviser on the construction site, managing subcontractors, crafts people and operatives, examining plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
- Ensure compliance and reliability of all materials in accordance with client specifications, administer all processes associated to the selection and requisition of materials and plant, and deliver highest efficiency performance.
- Review contract design documents delivered by the client and architect, and leverage relationships with all professionals engaged in the project for its successful completion within the budget.
- Regulate overall site activities, evaluate the performance of site labor force and subcontractors, as well as generate relevant reports to update the client regarding project status, timeline and expenditures.
- Control quality and health & safety on sites, confirm compliance with local construction regulations, and resolve any technical or other issue as they arise, leading up to the handover of the project to the consultant and client within the targeted timeline.

▪ Modelling and building of the Grand Egyptian Museum’s roof by utilising construction and engineering abilities.
