• Prepare periodical reports to the management such as: Monthly Activity Report (Manager & PE), Monthly Performance Report (Manager), Monthly WLV-KPI Report (TR & PE), Weekly Report (Manager), SS Customer Reports downloaded from the SAP System.
• Create, prepare and review all SSRS for SAP authorization to the Training and Development Staff.
• Create and update files in common J Drive
• Arrange for all meetings (Weekly & Monthly).
• Arranging Training rooms for the incoming courses and facilitate / analyze training needs.
• Vendor Qualification Committee (communicate the vendor, analyze their request, customer/vendor visit).
• General secretarial works.
• Knowledgeable in some SAP transactions like Uploading Training Courses Catalogue, Course Information, Participants List, Cancellation per Course, Employee List, Budget Comparison, Individual Training Bookings, Course Evaluations/Appraisals and Booking History per participants / Company.
• Managing equipments, vehicles and stationeries inventory.
• Supervising Janitorial works and analyzing building needs (electrical, carpentry, Plumbing services)

• Provided word processing and general secretarial support to the department in estimating staff of 15 to 20.
• Performing inventories of all gift items, machines and equipments in all affiliates' training rooms (SHARQ & YANPET).
• Preparing training materials (RIS, RCM, RBI, APM, RCA, RCA PRO-ACT, PMP-KPI, CALIBRATION, THICKNESS MONITORING, CRYSTAL REPORTS, etc.) and sent to SHARQ for Jubail and YANPET for Yanbu.
• Making certificates for all trained persons.
• Organizing e-mails (MS Outlook), training attendance and filing documents.
• Creating SABIC Shared Request Services (SSRS).
• Answering phone calls.
• Managing schedules/bookings for Conference Rooms.
• Guiding / Assisting visitors.
• For 15 days acted as Executive Secretary to the General Manager when his Exec. Secretary was on vacation.
• I see to it that before I leave the office, all offices must be locked and ensures all office equipments are safe.
