• Entry and follow-up of employees’ deductions, loans, additions, commissions
• Check if all new comers have been entered in the system
• Check accuracy of information in final payroll report
• Process and issue employee monthly pay slips, and ensure their distribution to the employees

• Coordinated with Human Resources for any changes in the basic rate of an employee
• Prepared various payroll related reports which are incorporated in the monthly financial reports

• Responsible for supervision of employee recreation facilities.

• Carryout all required activities related to selection of Supervisor/Employee of the Month and Year on timely basis.
• follow up on staff insurance enrollment and cancellation issues as directed, provide employees with insurance certificates, receive, reconcile and submit invoices to the Finance Department for payment
